Hey everyone,

I know you can use Zapier to connect Salesforce to Smartsheet

What is the benefit of this over using the Smartsheet for Salesforce Connector?

Good question.

Often native integrations are limited in what can be configured, thus the reason why using Zapier to connect the apps may come into play to give more options.
