What are the benefits of using Zapier instead of the Smartsheet for Salesforce Connector?

Hey everyone,I know you can use Zapier to connect Salesforce to Smartsheet(https://zapier.com/apps/salesforce/integrations/smartsheet)What is the benefit of this over using the Smartsheet for Salesforce Connector?(https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/partners/salesforce)Does anyone have experience of the two approaches and can share their insight?thanks!

Hi @thebrochprojectGood question.Often native integrations are limited in what can be configured, thus the reason why using Zapier to connect the apps may come into play to give more options.
