Hi there, @snapask! You may have already figured this out but wanted to pop in and mention triggering off a DM is not supported by the Instagram for Business integration currently.

That said, it does look like this is an existing feature request! I went ahead and added your vote to that. This helps us track interest in specific features and allows us to keep you in the loop via email in the event this does get implemented. We’ll also be sure to post in this thread with any updates.
