How do I set up ChatGPT to create and post a reply to my Google My Business reviews?


I am trying to setup a “create reply” to automate Chatgbt creating and posting a reply to my reviews on my Google My Business account.  I can only seem to do a “create conversation” which doesn’t lead to it being posted.  

The only selection of an action I have after entering Google My business, and then Chatgbt, is “Create Conversation.”  How do I set this up?

Good question.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: GMB - New Review
  2. Action: ChatGPT - Create Conversation
  3. Action: GMB - Create Reply

Hi, that is the way I have it set, but creating a conversation doesn’t cause the response to be automatically posted.  I was told by Zapier I should set the action to “create reply” to have it post automatically, but I am not finding this option.
