I'm looking for a way to get a history of the messages that have been sent to the chatbot in Interfaces.
Currently I'm able to save the content of a single user-sent message, and for example send that information to a case in Salesforce.
Does anyone know of a way to get all of the messages, including the one from the chatbot itself? It would be really useful if it was possible to run some analysis about the chats.
