Hi - Intercom’s native integration to Salesforce only allows for 1 record type. We have 2 that could originate from Intercom.

 

I’m trying to filter a Zap by the tag added to an Intercom conversation. It looks like this has been an outstanding request with Intercom for a while based on these two posts below. 

 

Is there any update?
