Error message: We’re having trouble loading 'Social Account' data

Hi I’m getting error message at “Social Account” section of my zap “We’re having trouble loading 'Social Account' data” I’m trying to make the following zap: Content Studio zap to Instagram for Business for my brand, can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Many thanks in advance

I’m trying to configure the “Zap Action” using Loomly and Instagram. 

I’m following the guide from Loomly (click here for guide), however I’m encountering the following error message:

“We’re having trouble loading ‘Instagram Account to Use’ data”

I reviewed the article posted by @Troy Tessalone and confirmed the following:

  • Signed in with my admin FB account
  • FB application integration points to both Loomly and Zapier
  • FB permissions are all toggled to allow. 

Moreover, I cleared by browser (Google Chrome) cache and signed out of the the following accounts:

  • Loomly
  • Zappier
  • Instagram
  • Facebook

I’m still encountering the aforementioned error message from Zapier and I’m unable to advance passed this step:

Please advise on any next actions I can perform to resolve this issue.
