Hi all,

    we are developing a custom Zapier integration.

We would like to keep our integration private, and let our user access it only via invite-link.

Is it possible to do this, or is the invite-by-link access intended only for a time limited, testing purpose?

If it is possible, are there limitations, for example on the number of total users?

The application we are integrating is very specific (medical management software), so we are not interested in making it public by starting a review process.

I’m not aware of any limitations related to the # of invited users or the duration of the invite link.

But best to get confirmation directly from Zapier by submitting a ticket at Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi Troy,

    so, from what I understand, the main limitations are:

  • our app will not be available on the public Directory - non an issue for us
  • “limited” support from Zapier - that’s understandable

Can you confirm that there aren’t limitations on the number of invited users, and on the duration of the invitation link?
