Issue with OAuth2 token when testing authentication

I have setup the OAuth2 as described in zapier document. All things are fine upto Step 4.

In Step 5: When I setup OAuth Account, it redirects me to login page where I enter the credentials and also it works fine.

But when I do the test authentication by making call to API for test authentication, request success with 200, but authentication fails. 

I am not sure where is the exact error, I cannot see logs of zapier that what token is send or what is the reason for Authentication failure.

Please suggest me right ways to fix this issue.
