Webhook Zap from High Level missing opportunity data

I’m currently setting up some internal reporting and am trying to use a webhook to update a Google sheet each time an opportunity is changed.

I have the automation working in HighLevel and everything passes the test on Zapier, but half of the fields I need are blank even though the data is there in Highlevel. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I cannot get these fields to populate in Zapier:

  • Opportunity Name
  • Pipeline Name
  • Pipeline Stage
  • Opportunity Status
  • Lead Value

Has anyone had a similar issue? Are there any workarounds to getting this information to show up in Zapier? I should note, this all works fine when using HighLevel’s native export to google sheets automation, except HighLevel doesn’t allow you to export Contact Tags, which Zapier does, so I’m stuck trying to do it this way.

 

Any help appreciated!

Good question.

To help us have context, please post screenshots with how the automation is configured in GHL and how your Zap steps are configured along with the data that is returned/missing vs what is populated for a specific example.
