How do I add an activity to the HubSpot contact timeline from chatbot data?

Hi all,

 

I’m using ‘webhook catch’ to post data from a chatbot into Hubspot but we have a lot of returning customers so ideally I need an activity to be posted in the contact timeline when any updates are made/posted like they would if a change was done manually

 

Can anyone advise?

It sounds like you need something like 

 

Trigger: Catch Hook
Action; Find Contact in Hubspot

Action: Create Engagement in Hubspot
