Capture info about all Zoom meetings in organization

I have a zap to create a new Salesforce record when a participant joins a Zoom meeting. It’s using a webhook. This is currently working for meetings created by my Zoom user but doesn’t seem to be picking up attendance for other meetings created by other users in the organization account. Is there something special I need to do to get that?

Hey there, @FAC! Great question and appreciate you reaching out!

Zaps work on a per login basis - so one login per zap.

If you’re needing to capture multiple logins you would need to create a new zap for each. 🙂

I was actually able to pull in attendances from multiple users’ meetings in the same Zoom organization in the same zap/webhook. The issue now is that I need to limit it to a subset of users.
