Hi all,

I have searched the community and elsewhere and whilst I can see this question has been asked before I haven’t been able to find enough documentation to cover what I want to do.

Quite simply, we have hundreds of forms on our site and I want to create one Zap that captures all submissions and POSTs the data to a third-system.

Is there a step-by-step guide somewhere on how to achieve this?

Thanks,

Ross

Not that I’m aware of.

Perhaps divide and conquer!

You can try opening a ticket to ask Zapier Support if they know of a workaround: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Thanks Troy. So there is no method that doesn’t involve editing each form individually? We have over 300 forms, so not a small task to edit each.

And when you say “placed in Gravity Forms for each form”, where is that exactly - does that become obvious with the add-on?

Hi @ross.hopkins

You can try adding the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

Then create 1 Zap with a trigger that uses the Webhooks (Catch Hook) app: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations

The Zap trigger will generate a webhook URL that can be placed in Gravity Forms for each form.
