We are currently enhancing the Freshsales Classic App in Zapier. We are currently facing one issue in one of the action, “Create Deal” in Freshsales Classic.
Issue:
Scenario 1: (Passing as Fixed Values)
When we give fixed value to an integer type input, we are getting proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”
Scenario 2: (Passing as Dynamic Values from triggers)
When we pass a custom field value from trigger, we are getting not proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”.
Instead of values, we are getting the placeholder.
Can you please help us how to handle this scenarios?
