Question

Zaps are not working, but testing as normal. What should I do?

For some unknown reasons, our zaps stopped working on May 11th.

We have two Zaps not working:

  1. when a user enters their email, it is captured in AWS and then sent to MailChimp to sign up as a new subscriber. Currently, this is NOT happening
  2. When a user enters their email, it is captured in AWS, and then a notification is sent to Slack. Currently, this is NOT happening.

We received a normal error that a zap was not triggered because someone entered a fake email address, but that has never broken the zap.

I ran the Zaps and tested everything, and it all seems to be connected, but for some reason, it’s not triggering.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on?

Hi @Hello Mortal

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Things to check…

Yes, I have checked all of that.

@Hello Mortal

DynamoDB is a Premium Zap app that requires a Zapier paid plan to be used in a Zap that is turned ON.

Do you have a Zapier paid plan?
