Hey team! My Zappy screenshot tool stopped uploading screenshot tools to the cloud last week (and it doesn’t generate the zappy URL).

I confirmed I have a paid account, so I can’t figure out what else the issue might be. A few of my colleagues who have paid Zapier accounts also noticed this.

+1 same issue here. I’m on a paid team account but started seeing this message.

Have you guys tried to update the Zappy tool? Recently we have an update with it. Try updating the app and try it again. Let us know if that helps you fix the issue. Thank you.


@JammerS This happened to me immediately after updating to 4.8.0.

confirmed - logged out and back in and now it’s working for me again.
