I am trying to set up a zap between ThriveCart and Kajabi. The correct ThriveCart product under the trigger is selected, but the test is pulling a different product in ThriveCart, not pulling the correct ThriveCart product.

Sometimes Zap app triggers only return representative records so you can configure the Zap action steps.
Try turning the Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step.
