Zapier Password has been Changed and Cannot Reset Password

I have tried to log in to Zapier and the password that I normally use doesn’t work. I have then gone to the forgot password to reset and entered my email and it doesn’t send an email to reset the password. I have checked junk and spam and there is nothing. I have raised a support ticket but I don’t know the ticket number because I haven’t been sent an email with my ticket number. All my Zaps are working correctly but I need to change the domain address in Zapier but I can’t do that because I can’t access my account.

Perhaps you used a different email address for your Zapier account.
