I’ve been using Zapier Parser to parse a lead email that been redirected from my office 365 account for 10 moths.  Last Wednesday it broke.  

I can email directly from my 365 account to the Parser and it works fine.

I can forward or redirect and it work.  

Any suggestions?  

I parse about 60 - 90 emails per month.

I’m not certain that your issue is addressed in this Parser by Zapier troubleshooting doc, but I suggest giving it a look and then reaching out to our Support team. They will be able to take a look at your configuration and troubleshoot from there!


We’ve had exactly the same issue.  Rule created to forward from MS365 to Zapier...working just fine until Nov 17th 2020, and now broken and can’t figure out why the rejection is occurring.  I’ll reach out to the support time as suggested, but has anyone identified the culprit yet?
