Zap to trigger email in outlook is block by the receiver?

Hi Guys,

I’m having an issue with all emails sent via a zappier connection to outlook, with all not delivered and state the issues as: 

Remote server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. For more information please go to AS(7230) [SY8P282MB4371.AUSP282.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2023-11-09T20:59:37.594Z 08DBE0C3960ACBBB]


Note that my email address works fine if sent from within outlook itself.

Any hints on what the issue could be? Is this a zappier issue or outlook?

Good question.

That error may be related to your Outlook settings.

You may have to consult your Microsoft Admin to possibly adjust settings.

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to help give us more context along with the error message?
