Zap from Typeform to Clickup > Error The app returned "Value must be an option index or uuid"

  • My Zap suddenly stopped working, no changes have been made to custom fields on clickup.
  • When testing the zap, I get the Error The app returned "Value must be an option index or uuid"
  • Can’t find which field causes the error. Tried to remove different fields (like the assignee) but could not find the solution.
  • How can I get help to make the Zap work again?

Good question.

This will likely take a bit of trial and error to isolate the issue.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The issue is likely for a standardized field with dropdown options or selecting a link to another object.
