Question

WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 400: Parámetro(s) no válido(s): username

Hi!
I’m working on a zap that after a Thrivecart purchase is done, creates a new user in wordpress, makes the order in woocommerce, and send an automation in mailerlite.

Things are good so far but for the new user in wordpres.

I set email as username, but whet I test it, I receive a message from zapier that says:

“WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 400: Parámetro(s) no válido(s): username”

How can I solve that?

Check WordPress validations for the username.

Perhaps it’s due to character length, or special characters like the @ and period.

No, the username and the email are not in the database.

I am posting two images: One of the step wich I have issues on, and other with the email a receive from Zapier!
