“We encountered a problem validating the step. Error: Failed to fetch needs for step 223333695”


How can I solve it? I want to connect Excel to wix. Is it possible to automatically generate an item in wix when I add a row in Excel online?

For us to have full context, please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured, along with the encountered error.

Thanks for your quick reply. I can't "select an event" to set WIX
When I restart the process, I am not able to select the WIX action as well.
