Why will ClickSend send messages when testing but not when products are registered?

I am a starter (750) grade.
With ClickSend, the test text will fly, but if the product is registered, the text will not come. So "Update to publish" is disabled.
If so, is it not activated with my level?

Hi @shinung!

Users on the Starter Plan can use ClickSend, but there may be something else in the Zap. For example, are you using Paths?

Another possible issue when using ClickSend is that you do not have enough credit in your ClickSend account to send texts, could you check your ClickSend account to make sure it has enough credit?


If you have credit in your ClickSend account, could you please tell us the steps in your Zap? And if you are seeing an error, please could you share a screenshot of the error? Don’t forget to remove or obscure any personal or private information in any screenshot you share in the community (eg full name, email address, etc).

It looks like you created a draft of the Zap and haven’t made any changes to it, which is why the button says update to publish. If they are no changes in the draft compared with the existing version of the Zap, you can’t Publish the draft. 

If you want to change something in the Zap, make the change and the ‘Update to Publish’ button will change so that you are able to publish the Zap. If you don’t want to make any changes, click Delete Draft.
