Hello everyone!

So I’ve made a Zap that should make the Record update with a new Status based on the ticket status in Zendesk:

The Zap will trigger when the ticket enters new View in Zendesk, in this instance ‘Solved tickets’
I then have an Action that will find the Record in Airtable based on the Ticket ID from Zendesk. The Ticket ID is already added to the Records from another Zap hence this step should work.
Then the Zap should Update the Record it found through the previous step where it matched Ticket ID from the Record with the ID from Zendesk.
But here is the issue: When looking at ‘Record’ it takes the wrong Record ID from Airtable. I don’t understand how to fix this issue. The Record ID listed in this step belongs to a Record with another Ticket ID.

Hi @plyske

Good question.

You should be using the Search Value, instead of the Search Formula.
