Hello,

 

I have ZAP saving attachments from GMAIL to GDRIVE then share and send shared link through WhatsApp. 

 

The issue that 2 max messages of 10 are sent on WhatsApp other shows success on ZAP but no messages received on WhatsApp.

 

Please help/advise

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action steps that shows all of its fields. Like so:

Hi Ken, Thank you for support. I missed the message and was trying to resolve myself.

Actually, what happens is out of many runs in 1 minute, only 2 messages on WhatsApp arrives. So it is working, but with limitations.

Hi ​@ken.a It is not working fully, the limit is to receive only 2 messages per day. Extra messages are not coming.

Thanks for the update here.

You mentioned that some messages are not coming. Could you please confirm if there are any successful Zap runs in the Zap History and the message is still not being sent?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Please see below screenshot. I have added Google sheets step recording Message after sending WhatsApp messages.

Today 18-Nov-24 received 5 emails and 5 attachment has been saved to GDrive.

 

However, only 2 WhatsApp Messages arrived and 2 records has been made in Google sheet.

 

Showing in ZAP run history that 5 runs are successful

Thanks for sharing those helpful screenshots. I’m very sorry to hear that not all the WhatsApp messages are going through as expected despite the Zap runs appearing as successful. I did some digging and it appears that you’re running into a known bug which was previously discussed in the Community over here:

While we can’t provide a timeline for a fix, I’ve added you to the bug report as an affected user, so you’ll be notified via email as soon as it’s sorted. We'll be sure to keep the main topic updated with any available workarounds or news in the meantime.
