I’m having a similar issue. I reported it to support, and they see the issue, don’t have any solutions at this time and they would follow up with me when it would be addressed. So if you do get a solution, I would also love to know!

I have the same problem since a couple of months ago, I think this is something urgent to solve, the notifications have not worked for a long time, I have exactly the same problem, the tasks are marked as correctly sent in Zapier but the notification never arrives to the phone in whatsapp
i’ve made several reports in support but seems that there´s no solution for this

Having the same problem - webhook works, message shows as send successfully but nothing actually being sent
The issue that began a month ago is still ongoing; it would be great if the Zapier engineering team could expedite their efforts.

Thanks for reaching out here, I’m sorry you’re both being affected by this issue too. You both have been added to the bug report which does help to increase it’s priority. And although we can’t give any sort of indication as to when you can expect it to be fixed by, we’ll definitely be in touch by email as soon as it’s been resolved.
