Files are not uploading to oneDrive

Hello everyone! 

-I having an issue uploading pdf to onedrive.

-Also I am unable to fetch pdf file from onedrive which is used as a template for generating new file using pdf.co(although this step is not necessary at the moment Because I uploaded my template file to google drive and fetched it from their).

 

Now, the problem is, When I generate a new pdf from previous step using pdf.co it gives me a url that has the PDF which need to be uploaded to onedrive. It’s easy step but I don’t why I’m unable to upload the file.

After the PDF generation one previous step, I use onedrive file upload step and give it a folder path and on the file field I pass the url from previous step and it gives the error.

 

However, I tried same the with google drive it works perfectly fine!

I pass the url and i uploads the file to google drive. But I do not want to switch to google drive for this purpose as it has limited storage and have all my file on onedrive for work and my organization use onedrive.

 

In short I’m able to achieve my goal if I use google drive instead OneDrive.

Check to make sure the file link is for a publicly available direct download link.

You can check/test by copy/paste into a new/different browser.

Hello ​@Troy Tessalone I encountered thesame error when i connect a business onedrive account to the zap, however, it works fine for personal onedrive account. Please Help!

@ammar - It’s been a while since you posted here. Were you able to get things sorted by selecting a publicly accessible file download link for the PDF, as Troy suggested? 

@Shev - When using the Business OneDrive account on the Upload File action, are you selecting the folder from the Folder field or from the Shared Folder field? Thinking that if the folder is on a business account, then it might be a shared folder in which case you might need to select it from the Shared Folder field instead. 🤔 Can you give that a try and let us know how it goes?

Hello ​@SamB thanks for your prompt response. I just tried using a shared folder and still got the same error.
