Unable to Add New Facebook Leads to Flodesk Segments and requires existing email.

I am trying to create a zap so that "a new lead in facebook ads" is added to my flodesk segment so I can deliver a resource, however there is a note in zapier that says:

 

Note: the email address must already exist in Flodesk, or this zap will fail.
 

I’m confused, I wont have their email in the Flodesk yet, which is why I am creating this zap to get their email and name across automatically?

Hi there @Jessica M.,

Could you please try using the “Create/Update Subscriber” action instead? The ”Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action requires you to have existing subscribers in Flodesk before you can use that action.

I am trying to do the same thing and I did the create a subscriber but it still wants an email to move past it. I will not have the emails until they fill out the form
