Trouble Replaying Held Zap Runs: Encountering HTTP ERROR 400 on Zapier Page.

My account shows “Action needed: 83 held Zap runs”. I’ve upgraded the plan, and then click “Replay these Zap runs”.

 

It loads this URL: 
https://zapier.com/app/history?status=held|throttled&selected=all&end_datetime=2023-9-26&start_datetime=2023-6-26

But the url shows the following error:

This page isn’t working

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 400

 

to clarify the “400” error is not in the zaps (the webhook is ok), it’s on the zapier page which won’t load. 

 

Help please! :-)

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try accessing the following link and check if you can access it?
https://zapier.com/app/history?status=error%2Chalted

In case the issue persists, could you please try launching the browser in Incognito mode, logging in to Zapier and then accessing the Zap history page?

The link you provided works for me and shows the history of zaps. 

Incognito doesn’t solve the problem. Clearing cookies neither. :-(

Glad to hear the link worked as a workaround. In the meantime, we have an open bug report regarding the 400 HTTP error.

I have added you as another affected member. While we can’t provide an exact timeframe for the fix. We will let you know once there is.
