The system wont let me link Xero and Studio Pro (dance studio Pro) it says that the action is not available when i go to search for Studio Pro in step 2 (even though i can see the icon greyed out.
I would like to create and send invoices from Xero to Zapier and then sent to Dance studio Pro where it is assigned to the specific parent based on the invoices email address/student name so that parents can see and pay their invoices on their dance studio pro app so its all in the one place.

I had a look at the Studio Pro app and it appears that there aren’t any actions available, it only has triggers which is why it’s greyed out. I’d suggest contacting our Support team here to submit a new feature request for an action to create an invoice (and assign it to a specific parent) to be added.
Not sure if the Studio Pro app has a public API that supports basic authentication, but if it does then you could create the invoices using a Webhooks action. It’s a bit more advanced as you’d need to reference Studio Pro’s API documentation to set up the webhook action correctly, but we’d got a Send webhooks in Zaps guide that gives some general guidance which you might find useful.
