My form in squarespace has the name “Contact Page Form,” but in Pardot/Salesforce it shows up as a random selection of numbers and letters.
When I test it in Zapier, it works fine and the form name pulls through. When I test it on the website and send a form through, the form name shows up as the random numbers and letters. Please help!

Do you always want Contact Page Form to show up? If so, you can just type that into the field instead of mapping in the form:
I’m having the same issue from Squarespace → Excel. Running a test within Zapier works fine but submitting a form through Squarespace is handing off some kind of Form ID instead of the Form Name.
