Should Facebook Conditional Lead Form Fields Be Available in Zaps?

I’ve created a new conditional lead form in Facebook, reconnected a Zap to this form, but am unable to access any of the conditional form answers.

Is this something that should be available?

Hi there, @bperniciaro. Thanks for reaching out to the Community! 🎉

I did some checking and spotted that we’ve got an existing feature request open for the ability to support Facebook Lead Ads form fields that use use conditional logic. So I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll definitely notify you via email once it’s been implemented.

In the meantime, do you by any chance get email notifications for new Facebook Lead Ads form submissions—that contain the answers in the conditional form fields? If so, then perhaps you could set up an automatic email forwarding rule in your email account to forward those emails to an app like Email Parser. Email Parser could extract the answers from the email allowing the Zap to send that information to another app as needed. If you’ve not used Email Parser before you can learn more about how to work with it here: Trigger Zaps from new parsed emails.

If you’re able to give that a try and run into any trouble just let us know—happy to assist if you get stuck at all! 🙂

Hi @bperniciaro

Help links for using FB Lead Ads in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/integrations#help

Make sure to use the FB Lead Ads testing tool to test your forms.

I don’t see anything helpful in those articles.  I have used the Leads Ads Testing Tool to create the sample leads, but don’t see any fields that would map to the conditional question answers.
