The zap works well when I test it but when I try to create an order on Shopify, it deosnt reflect in the Google Sheet as shown in the test.
I want to also send Whatsap notification to users who purchase through Shopify. Whenever I try, i get the error "The app returned #100 invalid parameter.
I want to make sure the notification is sent to the users according to the mobile # entered in the order.

FYI...you can only send messages to yourself.
You can use WhatsApp Notifications in your Zaps to send yourself WhatsApp messages to your WhatsApp account.
Messages are limited to prefilled templates for:
- New Lead
- New Message
- Payment Confirmation
- New Order
- Shipping Confirmation
- Calendar Reminder
Hi Troy, thanks for your help. I attached a screenshot. Note that the goal is to send the notificaiton to the customer and not to me. It keeps sending to the businesse’s number without detecting the customer’s.
