PandaDoc Error "Role 'Client' does not exist" When Sending a New Document

I’m trying to have a document in PandaDoc sent to new guests after booking in Lodgify. I keeping getting the error message: “The app returned "Role 'Client' does not exist."

It’s as if PandaDoc requires the contact to already be in their system in order to send the document. But these are new guests that I’m trying to send a contract to so they would never be in PandaDoc already. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I deleted the original Zap and re-made it and now it suddenly works. Thank you!

Hi @BIV 

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your PandaDoc step is configured in EDIT mode so we can see which Zap action you are using for PandaDoc and which fields have values set in the step.
