Hi @Aram,

The error you’re running into is a known bug with the Odoo CRM integration. I have added you to the open bug report. While we can’t provide an exact ETA for the bug’s fix. We will keep you updated via email once the bug has been fixed.

In the meantime, you can stay in the loop/follow along with updates on the main thread here: 

For anyone that comes across this and wants to be added please reach out on the main topic for this issue here and we’ll get you added to the bug report.

Hi @Aram 

For us to have more context, about the error, post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured in the ‘Action’ tab section of Step 2.
