Does anyone know if Outlook have changed their attachment size allowance?

 

Zaps that have been working fine for the past couple of years are now throwing errors each time?

 

 

All connections are fine, I am having no problem with any other zaps using that outlook account:

How would I fix that inside Zapier, I am assuming they are connecte to the internet - so there goes that?

Error 413: Microsoft Outlook Mobile Manager could not initialize due to an internal error in the active connector.

This error message is also similar to Error 400 or Error 405; it may occur if there is a problem either making a connection or confirming the connection.
To resolve this issue, check network connectivity, and then confirm that your server is available.
