My zap from meta leads is not brining over name and last name. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

To troubleshoot the issue with transferring first and last name data from Meta to Mailchimp, check the field mapping in your Zap to ensure the names are correctly linked. Verify that the data format in Meta is correct, avoiding special characters or spaces. Finally, test the Zap to see if the issue is resolved.

Just came across this and saw our Support team were able to identify why the names weren’t being sent over as expected. I’ll share their solution here in case it’s helpful to others that may have a similar issue: 

Based on my review, it looks like the form associated with the Facebook Lead Ads trigger was changed since the last test on March 18th. This might be causing the fields to come in blank in the Mailchimp step.
 
You’ll want to try the following steps:
 
1. Click the "Find new records" button on the Facebook Lead Ads trigger to load the updated fields.

2. Remap the Mailchimp step.
 
3. Republish the updated version of the Zap.
