LeadConnector "New Lead" trigger not firing despite successful tests

Set up a simple Zap to trigger when a lead in a pipeline changes to “new lead” opportunity in LeadConnector, but it does not seem to be firing even after several attempts.   This is after several successful test runs.  I am not getting errors or anything that is telling me there is a problem.

This is a known bug with the LeadConnector’s “Pipeline Stage Changed” and it looks like our Support Team added your contact information to the open bug report.
