ISBN/SKU is missing


 

Hi, I’m having this same problem and have tried the solution above which doesn’t seem to work- I’m completing all of the drop downs without issue save for the ISBN one which is having trouble. I’ve included a screen shot below.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Could you try creating a test sale in Payhip and test the trigger again? After you’ve created a sample data from Payhip, load more samples from the test trigger and see if it will pull up the one you created.

Thank you- that does seem to have made some progress and it is now picking up the sku/isbn. I’ve made sure that it matches perfectly with that recorded on my book on bookvault, but am now encountering the below error message. The book does exist and does belong to me. Do you have any ideas how I might resolve this?

I’m also just wondering once I have this first one sorted, do I need to create a separate zap for each of the books in my payhip store (i have a paperback and a hardback).
