How to scrape data from login-required web pages in emails?

I'm using zaps that connect gmail and Google sheets. So when a new mail is received, Zapier mail parser gets data from the mail contents and put them into a new row of Google sheet.

This was very easy and works fine.

But the problem is, sometimes there is only web url in the mail contents so browsing web is necessary to get actual data.

And the bigger problem is, this web page requires login.

Are there any ways to connect zaps and scrap data from the web pages for which login is necessary?

(I want to make it free, as I need only few scraps per months)

Hi @eltaniin

Good question.

Check out Axiom.ai.

https://axiom.ai

https://zapier.com/apps/axiomai/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Thank you so much for recommending a good solution for me.

But I need free solution. If the solution is over 15 USD / month, I can find another solution.

I think I need just 100 or fewer executions a month so I want to find free solution.

Hi there @eltaniin,

Based on your desired workflow. You will need a multi-step setup for this Zap, and it will require you to upgrade to a paid plan for your desired workflow to be achievable.

That said, please check out this Community post that teaches you how to scrape data from websites:

Hopefully, this helps.
