How do I report a company that took my money and didn't back up their work

I hired a company in Georgia that I found on Zapier.  This company took away functionality to my website.  I asked them to build out a membership with membership pro.  They didn’t back up the website before they started therefore after taking my 4k, they left me with a process that I need to redo the whole process and also pay another company to do it all again.
