Hey everyone!

I’ve currently created a workflow in bubble when I tap on a button to send an image, & two values to two text inputs to Zapier. I’m using Zapier’s webhooks to constantly read if that submit button has been tapped.

Zapier collect the info I sent over from bubble and then said it to the OpenAI Zap (shocker lol). I’m able to get OpenAI to do its thing, but what I can’t figure out is how to send the text prompt generated in OpenAi back to bubbles database organize it under the specific user who tapped the submit button.

After OpenAI is done, I add another zap which is bubble to the flow. I choose create a thing option and go through the necessary steps. I then run into the following errors, can anyone help me with this?

Hi @ajpicard25

Good question.

Perhaps try referencing related Zapier Community Topics related to Bubble to see if those can offer any guidance to your issue: https://community.zapier.com/search?q=bubble

Hey there, @ajpicard25! Thanks for reaching out.

It looks like your photos came through with quite a few duplicates and some broken images. 😔  I wasn’t able to see your error message but could you try using the “Find a Bubble thing” search before the “Create a thing”? This way you can search for the user first before creating the record under them.

Good news is this app is owned and maintained by the team at Bubble and it looks like they put together a super comprehensive reference that Troy shared above! This section here may be helpful and walks you through setting up a Bubble action step:

Keep us posted how this works! 🙂
