Google Sheets Lookup Spreadsheet Row shows all columns except the last five (H-L)

Hello, I want my Zap to read a specific row from a google sheet and then insert the values into a google doc template.
My Zap is triggered by the customer number from a google forms. Then as Action I use Lookup Spreadsheet Row for google sheets. There I input for what column should be searched for. Here Zapier sees the column H, I, J, K and L.

But when I am in my next Action “Create Document from Template in Google Docs” it doesn’t show the option to take the value from column H-L and I can’t find out why, everything else is working and all columns and rows are filled till L. There is no spacing or empty column in betweeen or something like that ..

Any help is much appreciated!

In the Filter step, to select the variable from GSheets, try searching by the column header or the column letter or the column value.

@Troy Tessalone I'm experiencing the same issue but unsure what's the next step to fix it. Some context:

When a task is delivered to a client, Google Sheets will identify the right row by the task ID. It will run through a filter and if the '’Actual client delivery deadline'’ column is still empty in that specific row it will run.

However this '’actual client delivery deadline'’ column is column K and I am unable to select this in the filter

The lookup spreadsheet row does however identify Column K:

I am not sure what the issue is here and how to fix this one. Would you have any idea?

@Troy Tessalone Thanks for your reply Troy.

I tried all 3 but no luck:

@MischaDR99

Make sure to test the GSheet step first before trying to configure the Filter step.

Hi @Namine

Good question.

Check which GSheet Row (ID) was returned from testing to help you troubleshoot.

@Troy Tessalone Row ID 2, I think. And here at data out I can see that he actually does not only recognize the column but also the right data in the column.

@Namine

You should now be able to map the dynamic variables between the Zap steps. (GSheets > GDocs)
