Google Analytics 4 error: Google may be having issues with their API

Hoping for some help! 
We set recently set up Zap between DonorBox and Google analytics (new to Zapier).
Trigger: New or Updated Donation in DonorBox
Action: Create Conversion Event For a Property in Google Analytics for. 

Setup was correct, with no errors alerts along the way. 

We tested the Zap by making a donation… however this resulted in an error.  The ‘Data Out’ is correct… but it says there was an issue with Google Analytics (??).. see screenshots.  It says:
“Google Analytics 4 step hit an error” and “Oops! Something went wrong. Google may be having issues with their API - please try again later”.


Does anyone have any ideas about how this could be resolved?

Hi @tsp2024 

We would need to see screenshots with how the Zap steps are outlined and configured to have full context, along with the DATA IN/OUT for the Zap Run with the error.

Unfortunately I tried and I was informed that I needed to upgrade in order to get support - is there no other way? Also, from what you see.. is there anything issue with how we’ve set up our Zap?

Ahh.. ok.. so it seems like this is a known/unresolved issue :(
