Hi guys,

I have a problem with my Zaps. (Facebook Lead Ads → Create Lead in Copper → Send Email in Gmail). I would like to send leads from Facebook Lead Ad to Cooper and then I want to get notification on my e-mail that my new lead is in the Copper.

I tested these steps and they were successful but in live mode a didn’t get any leads to cooper and any notification on my e-mail.

Can you help me solve my problem?

Thank you.

Hi @Andrej Mitas

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Has a new lead come thru FB Lead Ads after you turned the Zap ON?

Symptoms

Your Zap uses the Facebook Lead Ads New Lead trigger but it does not trigger even though you receive new leads in your Facebook account. Your Zap is turned on but there are no corresponding Zap runs in your Zap history.

Causes

This happens when:

  • Your account has insufficient account permissions to use Facebook Lead Ads in Zapier.
  • You have selected the wrong Facebook Lead Ads form in your Zap.

How to fix it

Hi there @Andrej Mitas,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

We have a Community post that tackles Facebook Lead Ads not triggering:

Could you please try the instructions on that post and let us know if that solves your issue?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Thank you guys for your help

Sorry for the late reply but I still tested it. I figured out that the error was in the permissions in Business portfolio.

Everythink looks fine now.

Thank you once again
