are we gonna get compensated for this? we have lost money!!!!
I have 5 leads which have not received the information packs, and skipped on and they have now contacted and booked other people resulting in a lost of revenue & money spent on Meta Ads..

Unclear at this time whether the root issue is on the Facebook side or Zapier side.
Often for issues like this, the origin of the issue is on the App side, which would be Facebook in this case.
If that is the case, then you would need to reach out to Facebook Support for that matter.
Hey all, I’m so sorry to have missed this previously! Just wanted to pop in and close the loop on this: the incident was resolved the same day it was opened so your Facebook Lead Ads Zaps should be no longer be seeing those errors.
