Hi, I facing a problem that the outcome when I publish my Zap its different when I test action even though I use same test email. Do you guys have any idea?

Hi there @Chayapol - I did see the two test deals you have here are different, was that the issue that you were encountering in your Zap? 

 

If not, it’s helpful for us to see a printscreen of the Zap itself to help troubleshoot, but let us know if you were able to find the answer otherwise :)

Basically I’m trying to setup the system that when email come in and Zap will create deal automatically. You will see 2 deals here. Its from same email. but 1 from automation which I published another  from test action it Zap draft which I test every process there. Do you have any idea why it came out differently? Thank you again
