Hello,

 

What causes Zapier to see a ticket in ConnectWise Manage as “New”? When I have a ticket as “New” status, it does not trigger. Otherwise, changing the trigger to “Update” will work if any change is made to the ticket but this is not preferable for my use-case. 

 

I’m using the built-in status of “New”, but the below ticket was not triggered.

Hi @Jciszek 

Connectwise zapier trigger is an instant trigger and based on the screenshot it seems like it will trigger every time you create a new ticket (regardless of the status).
