I have a zap we’ve used for years that is triggered by a new cognito forms submission. Recently filling out this form stopped triggering my zap and I have no idea why. We have other zaps triggered by other cognito forms that are functioning fine. I’ve double checked that the zap is set to the correct form, just filled out the form and can see all of the recent entries in Cognito, but no zaps have run since 7/7. I did make one small edit to the zap that day, but it was only to add an additional tag to ActiveCampaign, nothing to do with Cognito. I’ve attached a few screenshots.
